This survey is intended only for guardians or authorised persons who already hold an APEEE/OIB badge for Woluwe and whose children are enrolled in an APPS (OIB) or APEEE activity in Evere from September 2026 onwards.

Your current badge will be exchanged free of charge. Please complete a separate survey for each authorised person currently holding a Woluwe badge and that would need an Evere badge. The Evere badge will be valid also for pick-up from an APEEE activity in Woluwe if needed.

The European School of Brussels 2, as a data controller, will process your personal data in accordance with the data protection regulations (especially the General Data Protection Regulation), for the purposes of managing the access to the school for the pupil’s guardian when picking up the pupil after an extracurricular activity organised by OIB and/or the APEEE. The data are processed in particular for the creation of the guardian’s access badge.

For a request to be considered, it is imperative that it is made directly by you at the following address WOL-DPO-CORRESPONDENT@eursc.eu. Any request that is not made in this way cannot be processed.

Requests cannot come from anyone other than you. Therefore, we may ask you for proof of identity if there is any doubt about the identity of the requester.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible, within three months of receiving it, in case the request is technically complex or if we receive many requests at the same time.

Please note that we can always refuse to respond to any excessive or unfounded request, particularly with regard to its repetitive nature.
